Fractional C-Suite Leadership — £6,000pm

Full ownership of a core function — Finance, Sales, Marketing or AI — delivered by an experienced C-level leader focused on helping you raise capital, scale confidently and increase enterprise value. This is hands-on leadership that drives clarity, performance and momentum across the business.

Strategic Advisory (CXO-Lite) — £3,750pm

A lighter-touch option that gives you senior expertise, investor-ready guidance and a dedicated strategic sounding board — without needing a full functional owner. Ideal when you want experienced oversight, sharper decision-making and support through fundraising, planning or value creation.

  • As your Fractional CFO, a highly skilled and experienced Fractionality CFO will become a key part of your executive team, providing strategic financial leadership on a flexible, part-time basis. They will implement the resources, systems, and processes designed to deliver the finance needs of your business and align the reporting to your goals - whether scaling after a fundraising, seeking capital, preparing for an exit, or simply improving efficiency.

    This is a value-based engagement. Our fixed retainer is charged at the equivalent of a day per week (with an allowance for vacation time). However, our consultants work flexibly, and since they only support a small number of businesses at any time, you will feel their presence regularly and know they are always available via email or phone.

    Fractional CFO service: £6,000 per month

    For support during a transaction (capital raise or sale), the success fee noted below (Transaction support) will additionally apply. Fractionality may bring in additional support during this period, which will be covered by the success fee.

It works best for companies that need consistent, high-level financial input, ensuring strategies align with long-term goals without requiring the full commitment of a Fractional CFO.

    Strategic Financial Advisory service: £3,750 per month

    For support during a transaction (capital raise or sale), the success fee noted below (Transaction support) will additionally apply. Fractionality may bring in additional support during this period, which will be covered by the success fee.

    Our Fractional Financial Controller service provides hands-on financial management to keep your engine room running smoothly. From streamlining month-end processes and managing cashflow to tightening controls and improving reporting, we bring rigour and structure without adding headcount.

    “This service offers a flexible way to add experienced financial leadership at an operational level — ensuring your numbers are right, your systems work, and management gets the clarity it needs to make decisions with confidence.”

    Fractional FC service: £3,200 per month (based on a 1 day a week base-level requirement, which can scale up as required)

    This role typically does not attract a success fee, provided a Fractionality Fractional CFO is already leading the transaction from a financial standpoint — in which case, any additional support is covered under the CFO-level engagement.

Transaction support

When your business requires support during an exit or fundraising, we will help you build key relationships, reduce friction, and maximize enterprise value. From data room preparation to negotiations, due diligence, and throughout the deal process, we ensure seamless support that positions your business for success. We can also support equity crowdfunding campaigns from conception to completion.

Fractionality may bring in additional support during a transaction, which will be covered by the success fee. While the monthly retainer will not increase with the additional commitment required, a success fee aligned to the gross transaction value will be applied, on a ratcheted basis:
